Recruitment Process For Ingeus

Hi - i received a first round rejection letter from Ingeus yesterday morning at 4 am saying that my covering letter was not suitable.

When i queried this and asked if this was just an automated reponse rather than someone having actually read my application i was informed it was their resourcing team working in Manila, Philippines!!

If anyone would be kind enough to share their succesful letter so that i can compare and amend mine for the future that would be great!!

I have a face to face interview with them on Tuesday. I was told it would be a telephone interview but apparently not. She said there were 4 other candiates being interviewed

Hello I have been invited to the final stage face to face interview with Ingeus: computer test, competency based interview and role play. Would anyone be so kind to tell me what questions they ask and what the role plays involve?

How did your interview go coco2012? I have a telephone interview tomorrow but after reading all the negative comments about the company I am beginning to wonder if I should proceed now.

Hiya, I have just googled Ingeus in preparation for my telephone interview and I have to say im a little concerned now I was just wondering how everyone who had their interviews got on and is anyone now working for the company? how are you finding it if so? Many thanks xx

Well had my telephone interview, I was told I would hear in a couple of working days so guess we'll see...

I had my telephone interview on Wednesday and have just learnt that I passed :beer: and am now awaiting a face to face interview in the East of England. I would be interested to hear if anyone else has applied in that area? Also has anyone actually completed the face to face interview recently and if so would you be kind enough to advise what it entailed and examples of questions?

As an ex employee of Jobcentre Plus I applied for the role of Employment Adviser. I was successful with my online Application and I am awaiting further instruction for a telephone interview. However after reading all the derogatory comments from staff and service users I have emailed the resourcing team at Ingeus and advised them I Do NOT wish to take my application with them further. Why would I with all the information on various forums slating the work ethics. I would rather be earning little and be happy than earning lots and be stressed. Have I shot myself in the foot I think not! All these people cannot be wrong. Is this why they are recruiting all year round? One does wonder!:question:
