Following on from the 2013 general thread, I thought I would start a March 2013 one since I'm sooooo excited! :rotfl:

My provisional date is 30th March - We are just waiting on the registrar to confirm. All funds ready to be paid upon confirmation, which we should hopefully receive in the morning

save the dates have been sent out! been looking for wedding & bridesmaid dresses and i think i've found my perfect dress just unsure as to whether the site is secure and the company reliable so doing some research.

I am adamant it will be happening.......will confirm as soon as I can.

If it helps I already have a venue in mind and have already fallen in love with a dress

Once you have the venue sorted everything seems to fall into place much easier

Definitely going to be doing our own invitations as people are quoting us stupid stupid prices, and I would rather spend time and effort over money.

The funny thing is that some company sent us out a sample chequebook invitation (in our colours & names), and simply just put black lines with 'tear here', rather than perforating the paper. If they wanted us to actually buy from them, would it not of made sense to go that extra mile and make it look professional. Especially for £4.95 an invite!!

Anymore updates from our March 2013 brides/grooms?
Me and the OH have been to the beach collecting pebbles for our place names on the tables. We also are now thinking of filling our centrepieces with different things such as shells, acorns, conkers, sand etc.
