Strange how people claim it will make no difference - it certainly did for me ( and often does for other complaints ). If people bothered to complain EVERY time then the CEOs etc would get fed up and deal with the issue permanently. Posting on a web site, while useful in stopping people paying, will never end the problem - only getting the hiring businesses to stop using PPCs will.All aboard the Gus Bus !0
