you're right, I was being provocative and the first post I made on this thread was wrong, it is disturbing giving non-police the right to force entry into property. Please accept my apology everyone. Obviously I had a chemical imbalance that day, but I'm all better now.

Oooh Latin. It directly translates to "who will guard the guards themselves", but I think "who watches the watchers" fits equally well. It's the idea of who oversees the actions of those who appoint themselves the overseers and is an idea somewhat relevant these days as our Government slips further towards "velvet fascism"
