Totally forgot about the sale, went on now expecting the site to be mayhem and nothing left but I managed to find a night in a travelodge in March!! that was almost half the price that it was yesterday :)

Was going to book the room for £70 but then its now just £39 (this is a Saturday too!

Haven't had any email confirm. though :/

    Anyone else had this problem?

No email confirmation for me, finally made 2 bookings by about 7.40, but not had email yet. Trying to log on to manage my bookings, but gradually losing the will to live!!!!!!!!

I found it helps if you don't keep refreshing the page 'server busy'.
Try typing in the www2.travelodge.co.uk again. I was getting on to the website with more success doing this.

When we took DD to Legoland we stayed in the TL at Slough. It was ok but the position within walking distance from restaurants was really good.
Nothing in it, nothing in it but a ribbon round it .....
  • Just wanted to remind everyone that June 4th (Mon) and June 5th (Tues) are bank holidays - I've found quite a few Travelodges on the Sun and Mon for £10, I think people haven't realised that it's a double bank hol that weekend, so great for a break.

Arghhh I booked slough so I can go to legoland. Ive booked the monday (bank holiday) to stay over and go legoland on the tuesday morning....what I didnt realise at the time was the Tuesday is the queens diamond jubilee. Do you think that will mean legoland are closed or anything. I'm using tickets I was granted from merlins magic wand so not sure if I can use them if its a special events day....i'm such a wally!
