Like a previous poster I have to say that it really is horses for courses. If you have a car avaliable during the week then you can get away with something light and practical like the Maclarens. If however you need to get around under your own steam/public transport you need something a bit more sturdy, yet still compact and with plenty of storage, I bought a Graco which was very well put together, and had a large basket underneath, but there are plenty of firms that make similar products. The biggest tip I can give is be very wary of pushchairs/travel systems advertised as hardly used. Most family's pushchairs are well worn as they have everyday use. If you see one advertised as hardly ever used, it might be because it was a pain to put up/collapse etc.

Ok Finally joined Which? Now have the February 2006 article on Pushchairs and Prams.

All-terrain interests us as have hound. Top of the list with 77% is the Quinny Speedi SX. Listed in this review at £240, plenty of new ones on eBay for £110 inc postage. Yes we will need to get the carry cot for this model. Second was the Britax Trekker £200 list price, few on ebay news for £100ish.

    Any experience or advice?

I've just steamed through this thread but we've been through lots of pushchairs and travel systems over the last 6 years and ultimately we found

a small mclaren 4 wheeler, and

a bigger fixed front wheel 3 wheeler alurax(sp?) works really well covering most situations -

although a graco stadium duo was useful for a while when we had two needing pushing around,

a really cheap mclaren alike has been good when on holiday as you can check it in without worrying how it might look coming off the plane.

Punctures are a problem in the countryside with the three wheeler but it was a really good deal on ebay direct from manufacturer.

Sorry for any repetition, pramaholics? - well the OH might be!

Hello friends.I think 4 wheel pushchair is the best choice to have.I have a Icoo Pushchairs which is 4 wheel pushchair.I'm very much impressed with it and my baby likes it very much .It has got all excellent features which makes it a ideal pushchair.I suggest you to have same pushchair.

I wonder why you suggest we buy the same pushchair SPAM reported for sneakily adding link to siggy!
