Hello
Does anyone happen to know if you have a account with Halifax or bank of Scotland whether or not if you apply at Lloyds whether they treat you as a whole new customer.
I can login to either Halifax or bos and apply for new accounts in 2 steps but I fancy a Lloyds one however would rather avoid a search if I can easily add another account through online banking. Can I use my bos login to Lloyds and apply similarly to my bos apply in a couple of steps.
I heard you can't login to Lloyds with an old bos login. True?
Thanks.

Lloyds is a completely separate brand. New searches, new Internet banking account etcCan I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0

Seeing as you claim to know so much about financial stuff I'm really surprised you need to ask this question.
Perhaps you can pop back to the loan board where your absence has been noted and we're all still waiting for your sage words on the following question:

I thought that although they used the same banking system. The banks data was seperate across two different partitioned systems, keeping Halifax and Lloyds data seperate.
Is that not the case? Can Lloyds TSB now see my Halifax account data, including old closed accounts pre merger, and vise versa?0
