    2 x Paula's Choice 2% BHA Lotion Exfoliant

I read reviews that this stuff is good for getting rid of blackheads, so snapped up a couple of bottles. Have some very stubborn blackheads on my nose that just refuse to budge no matter what I do to them - pore strips, masks, steaming over bowl of boiling water, those extractor tools, etc. Aaaargh!! Will be so happy if this actually works for me!

Bunberry please can you let me know how you get on as I struggle with stubborn blackheads too:o

Just ordered Jeans and a top from John Lewis and I think a Liz Earle C & P might have fallen into my basket - oops
:o although I blame you lot for raving about it;)

Got a UU too - a can of Batiste Tropical - opened one of the ones in my stash now that I bought last week
    :D

UU, a trial of L'occitane immortelle mask.

The smell was .. interesting ... now both cucumber and melon give me a bad tummy so I like neither, and I think the fresh, greeny smell of this cream might have reminded me of those. HOWEVER now I have washed it off my skin feels tight, not unpleasant, but lifted a bit.

Recommeded for just before a party not just before bed =)

    I've been Money Tipped!
    2 UU to report today.

Burts Bees body wash - WNBA - didnt lather very well and i didnt like the smell that much (still have another one to use as well as two body lotions!).

Clarings relaxing body balm - WIBA? I would but i used up some other Clarins body lotion recently (think it was silky smooth?) and I found this to be much better.

Another £4 added to the tin, i am thinking of adding £2.50 for each UU so that i can add a £5 or £10 note instead of pound coins to my tin.

i still have the mascara i got from this last year in the stash :rotfl: i got 2 so i got that and the make up remover.

Ah ha I was wondering where that mini mascara in my stash drawer had come from and now I remember that I bought a few copies of Glamour at the time to get the different freebies. I would like more moisture surge. Am loving this at the mo. I know I still have the eye cream in my stash as well.

Resisting TSV's and picked up and put back on shelf Elle magazine. Trying not to buy a TSV during February. I use QVC to try new things because of their 30 day return policy. I have wasted a fortune over the years buying from the high street.

Back in the days when I was in full time employment and my QVC addiction was in full swing I used to think this but I never returned anything - mind you at that time I usually found something in the TSV kit that I used.

Day four of the challenge and first in :(

Picked up the free hand cream from l'occitane, does it count if it was free???

    Welcome to the thread Dollypop

I'd say so. It's still being added to your stash and you did "buy" it in a sense as you bought the mag to get the voucher.

I have another UU to report : tube of L'Occitane Foot Cream. It's lovely stuff - smells really invigorating but as said before I'm returning to using Flexitol which is cheaper than this in any case. The only thing that bugs me with L'Occitane hand/foot creams is the packaging. Those metal tubes are difficult to get the last dregs out of. I'm now using up a L'Occitane lavender foot cream and an Avons Footworks cream. Then they are all gone.
Back for the No Buying Toiletries challenge. I pledge to only buy when I run out of a product that is not already in my stash no matter what wonderful emails land in in my Inbox or threads I read on MSE re: glitches!

  • OK I'll count it then :o

On the plus side, despite watching a whole hour of Liz Earle on QVC yesterday I didn't order anything :D

Im confused by this, cos in my magazine it definately says that the gifts next month are the shampoo/hair products that i put up on last months thread(cos someone was talking about the make) - werent the clinique things purely cos it was a big birthday for Glamour last year??

Be almost as glad if it is them though - i didnt really like any of the things I got last year, but I do seem to remember them selling quite well on ebay... ;)

    3x UU

Nicky Clarke Moisture Shampoo, 1x10ml Sachet
Nicky Clarke Moisture Conditioner, 1x10ml Sachet - WNBA, i like recieving these as samples but there is nothing special about them.
Dr Perricone Bright Eyed flawless Eye Cream, 1x0.5ml Sachet - WNBA - again, nice to recieve as samples (although difficult to get it all out), and it works, but there is nothing special about it! dr Perricone is way overpriced in my opinion
