prob shouldn't mention this but in March Glam ( the one that comes out in March ) comes with free clinque stuff again , sooooo want mositure surge..hate the magazine tho .

i still have the mascara i got from this last year in the stash :rotfl: i got 2 so i got that and the make up remover.

im a sucker for the small mascaras, i get them thinking there good for my handbag or travel bag so I'm not taking a full size one around, forgetting that i only use the ones in my handbag once in a blue moon anyway. i get every small one i find incase i "run out" of my small ones and have none left. thats why i have 21 mascaras in my stash :rotfl:

    2 UU's

    1. Liz Earle 10ml Soothing Line Serum. WBA I use it as an eye cream, have lots of allergies which cause breakouts in this area, so have to be really careful. Have a Gatineau Future Plus Eye Serum to use, before I need buy anything.
    2. 5ml tube of a Vichy firming moisturiser. WNBA Sample, years old, but very effective and lasted ages, however have loads of nice things in stock.

Resisting TSV's and picked up and put back on shelf Elle magazine. Trying not to buy a TSV during February. I use QVC to try new things because of their 30 day return policy. I have wasted a fortune over the years buying from the high street.

Would you mind posting on how you find the Emma Hardie, was tempted by a try me set, but determined to UU all the trial/travel sizes, gwp's and sachets before I succumb.

  • Dr. Roberto - thank you for the heads up. I love the clinique moisture surge and I really hate the face lotion that I'm using right now :(

I have two more UU's tonight

dead sea delicate boosting mask sample - TA - WNBA - it made my face washed out, and it didn't really sink into my face.

dead sea rich moisturiser sample - WNBA - it was slightly too oily for my combination skin.

DH thought it was funny to lock me out when I was outside breaking the ice on the pond so the birds could have a drink:mad:
started using the clarins santal oil and my skin feels lovely :)very smooth and not at all dry, thye say use at night but as I am home all day have put it on this am as well(it is not at all greasy)
suffering with hairy legs as I want to get them waxed before I go on hols(can't wait to feel warm!)and thought I'd get a luxury pedicure at the same time as a treat but not sure what colour to go for for 10 days.

Trying to stay warm here. I had to wait 45 minutes for a late bus today and my toes started to get numb ugh.

Will do - have some LE C&P (50ml then 100ml sizes) to finish first so it will be a few weeks before I get going with it but it does smell lovely.

Hope you are all keeping warm and having a great weekend.

A UU Asda hair spray WIBA yeah it did the job but got a can of Elnett to use now.

Ins 6 x Suddenly perfume from Lidl as its on offer this weekend for £1.99 and its ideal for work.

I picked up 4 of them today (for gifts) though I may be tempted....

I have been out and about today but nothing bought in the toilertry range. Did get my hair cut today and i'm loving it.

Also tried to price up some spray deodorant as I am using my last can (stored at home) just now. Not really seeing great deals - lots of money off but nothing amazing. Last lot of dove I got for 8p. I did think about trying Mr M value one. I did get Mr S one a while back and rated it but it got discontinued. I will think on...

  • Miracle of Miracles I have a U/U!!!

Botanics Organic Face Soothing Cleansing Balm WBA Luckily I have one in the stash because I always buy it when its on 3 for 2. I used to use Eve Lom Cleansing Balm in former more prosperous days.
But I find this a wonderful product at a fraction of the price.
  • Day four of the challenge and first in :(

Picked up the free hand cream from l'occitane, does it count if it was free???

I have visions of myself as one of the hoarders you see on the news, except instead of piles of rubbish it will be piles of beautiful creams and potions :rotfl:

    2 x Paula's Choice 2% BHA Lotion Exfoliant

I read reviews that this stuff is good for getting rid of blackheads, so snapped up a couple of bottles. Have some very stubborn blackheads on my nose that just refuse to budge no matter what I do to them - pore strips, masks, steaming over bowl of boiling water, those extractor tools, etc. Aaaargh!! Will be so happy if this actually works for me!
