Trying to circumvent this and then using your solution could lead to an overload on the system.
If you need to cook full family meals in a full sized oven, then you can do a lot of research and still end up realising that you'll have to do it "the proper/safe way" and get a spur fitted.
You can do two pizzas in a mini oven - different shelves, just switch them over half way through. You could cook a yorkshire and roast (for two) in them if you get the right sized baking dishes that just fit. But if you end up having 2-3 appliances plugged in to achieve a full oven/hob effect then you might just find it all shuts down at the fuse box every time you want to do a big dinner.0 -
I can do a large chicken, roast taters and yorkshire pudding in the Beko, in fact if I bought another wire tray/main tray can do even more. It is not a tiny mini oven. I use it mainly for the pressure cooker on the big hob.
That sounds good. Do you have any idea roughly what the internal dimensions are?0 -
17" wide 12" deep 8" high.....good enough for Dr Who. Two runner grooves plus the oven floor. Grill element at the top.
When using the oven I cram in as much as it will take. Comes with a slide in baking tray and wire grill. Spare trays and wires about £7 or small trays with grill wire can be got from Bettaware.
Check sizes before buying.
Gonna do a chicken tomorrow plus liver plus taters plus sausages.0 -
12" deep is pretty useless for pizzas0

Scroll down to technical specifications, click on 'show more product details'.
It says 'able to be plugged into a 13amp socket'.
I havent looked at any others, but I'm sure there are more.0 -

I do not see that the OP's proposal is any more dangerous than using a 3kw kettle.0 -
Most single ovens should be fine and are fully acceptable for plugging in to a standard 13A socket. The one linked above from Comet is a good example, plus the other one from Ikea.
