I have faxed a copy of the above 'charity' activities to DC Haddaway and asked for an update on his search for my parcel...0

No wanting to get completely off thread, but I see Kevin's phone number starts 07951.........
I'm having a spot of trouble with some chancers using an 07951...........
number; so I have googled for numbers starting 07951 and found lots of sleazy type activities (and some apparently normal small traders).
Does any one know the supplier of 07951 numbers and what makes them attractive to a certain corner of the market?

You have my sympathy BUT:
Being a small business man and messing up so you run out of money is no crime, especially in the UK.
On a civil basis you may be up against a "straw man" and a slippery one at that.
Being financially irresponsible is no crime (if it was, half the population would be locked up - second sub-prime mortgage anyone?).
There have been several threads on here, where people have been the victims of crooks and chancers. I have two of my own.
The first thread is an example of someone who got a result by blustering about action under the new fraud act; so the victim sometimes wins.
Thread two features a really serious teenage fraudster being patted on the head by a kindly judge, some of these victims might be able to make suggestions if you send them a private message.
Number three is a claims agent who is trying to pursue me for (seemingly) non existent personal injury. Funny thing his business 'phone is a Tmobile.
The last link explains the fun I have had with an ongoing case of ID fraud. If you read to the end you will find just how hard Tmobile tries to protect its "customers" or should I say its staff and profits?
Perhaps that is why they have their share of sleazy customers.
You might have fun calling up Tmobile and and trying to talk to them about the number that this chancer is using - perhaps you could start the conversation by saying you wished to settle/top-up/convert the account and see if they too are creditors.
Good luck.
