Well, if I suspected my post was being stolen, I wouldn't hesitate to involve the Police.0

Well forgot to say I have but they aren't interested saying there's not much they can do about it and just saying contact landlord.0 -
Just read this on the RM website:
If you suspect your mail is being stolen, or that a mail redirection application has been made in your name without your knowledge, contact Royal Mail Customer Care on 08457 740 740.

Thanks, I was speaking to customer services by twitter so think its teh same thing and dont have landline telephone here(only internet) so cant ring them unless I get very lucky at jobcentre(doubt it)I asked at local sorting office and to be fair the guy did check the books and nothing for the block of flats was there but bluntly told me there was nothing else he could do as if its not on the system it cant be investigated.
are you sure you address is correct and being put on all items correctly?
the biggest issue with flats is many peoples inability to- know their own address
- ensure its used correctly
- check and amend any items delivered with the wrong/incomplete address

A while ago a friend had similar, he spoke to a policeman who gave him some powder to put in a letter to himself. Sure enough the letter did not arrive and the suspects hands had purple marks on for days. A quiet word from a couple of large friends sorted the problem. I don't know what the powder was but you don't see it till it gets wet and then it is unmissable.0
