no you have to be in the main phase of income related esa however if you win your appeal you should get any cwps backdated you will prob have to remind them though.

jus had my letter saying they will pay my cold weather payment into mt acount in the next few days

Not if you are on incapacity benefit, only income support i believe.
I'm restricted, joints are so painful, but because I'm on IB not IS I don't get any extra help,

yeah usually payment goes in while letter in post but will check tomorrow to make sure thanks

Mine came in same day as letter, just checked online and another one has triggered here in Kent.

Ive checked my postcode says my area is due 2. I'm on income related JSA,was on incapacity before twATOS and their hand of doom, will I be entitled to CWP now? Ive not had any letters saying Im due a CWP.
I really hope so as I have no gas supply and live in one room during the winter with an electric heater which burns up a ridiculous amount of credit on electric.
