I had an alert stating that LouLou had posted a short while ago and from what I can see that member is on that page. Possibly they self censored themselves.

Yes there were a couple of dupes posted and LouLou deleted her own post from what I can see.

By the way guys, I am away for a week from Saturday lunchtime until Monday 14th so you may want to pm another bg with dupes or chat etc.

I will pop on to mse every now and again but not half as much as I usually am online ! :o

Yep, I posted a code for Machete Kills (Edinburgh/Glasgow) then realised the previous poster (Locky) had already mentioned it at the bottom of their post. So I deleted it..it was only there for a minute or so.

Genuine mistake, and not intended to annoy. I'm a woman, by the way :p

Machete Kills was a bit "stupid" but I expected that. Lady Gaga isn't that bad an actress actually!

Hey,mistakes happen. At least you had the courtesy to realise it was a dupe and delete it. :T

Pardon my ignorance - had my first SFF email today for Captain Phillips. It says "From 7pm there will be on screen coverage of the excitement, glamour and interviews from the red carpet at London’s Odeon Leicester Square will be beamed into Cineworld cinemas around the country from 7:00pm (Doors Open at 6:45pm) followed by preview of the film."

What do they mean by "preview"? Is it the whole film, or do they mean a trailer? I'm thinking it must be like those TV programmes of new Bond film premieres, where you get half an hour of stars appearing on the red carpet, and quarter of an hour of highlights from the film. Can anyone enlighten me, please?

All advance screenings are referred to as previews. You will see the full film.

A link would be nice, and a list of all the venues it's being played at.

Absolutely gobsmacked by this breathtaking rudeness. Yes, as regularly debated, a list of venues is always nice, but the link was there if you looked (maybe not clickable, but are you really too lazy to copy and paste???), and a "please" wouldn't go amiss!!

Also newbjohny, for future reference, this is the place for questions and discussion.
