If you are using a phone, that might be the problem, you might need to use a different device or computer.
If you are not using a phone -
and you have registered in the past, open an incognito window and log in that way.
If still having problems then reboot and then use an incognito window.

We are actually moving house next month away from Worcester now I have graduated from Uni - to Newmarket/Bury St Edmunds area in East Anglia. Hope for more luck there. :j

So i'm sat at the pc and get an email from SFF for Wreck it Ralph free tickets - within seconds of it arriving i've clicked the link and got the message that there's no tickets available - why oh why even send the email -
There can't have been any tickets when they sent it - it's just not possible they all went in the millisecond between my getting the email and clicking the link...
Frustrating :spam:

The mail out must be staggered. Was it the 10.30am screening on 13th Jan? I got this email last night, just after 9pm. If you're only getting the email now, no wonder all the tickets have gone!

If you only got that email today, it is no wonder you can't get tickets. I got that around 430pm yesterday and others got it much earlier.
