Yes it is!
Sky movie subscribers can claim free popcorn for ANY screening at the o2, not just free screenings.
Follow the link, sign in with your sky id and print off the voucher - note that the voucher is only valid on the day you print it, so print it off tomorrow.

Thanks a lot Hadjab! That's great news0 -
I saw Best Exotic Marigold Hotel last night at Vue.
There was a huge queue, they had a list of names & everyone had to show their email & get their names checked off. It took so long the start of the film was delayed by 25 minutes.
I loved the film & would definitely recommend it.0 -

Where was this? In London? I haven't come across a list to be checked off! Usually they just take the printouts without even looking at them. Only once I had a print out for 4 people and there were 3 of us (the 4th one couldn't come) and he made a fuss that the print out was for 4 and there is only 3 of you!!!!0 -
The showing at Vue was for a Vue competition not SFF, they had a list at our cinema in Norwich for it as well but it didn't hold us up much at all."Sealed Pot challenge" member No. 138

Name lists have been used by Sky once or twice and other companies have used them from time to time. Never become complacent about name lists.
However, arguing that there are less people than ticket is for, is just downright stupid! Cinemas often use the odd space not used to allocate to other people if it is needed.
Common sense is something that person needs to get a bucket full from the sound of.0 -
With a SFF screening, It's says 6:30pm, Is that the start time of the film, the time I'd need to be there or should I get there a lot earlier?0

In my experience this is the film start time. On a few occassions the cinema has shown trailors but mostly its straight into the film. I normally get there about 15 minutes before just incase is a busy film.0 -
Unless you live in London, then most weekday evening screenings at anywhere other than Showcase, start at 6:30pm Titanic was different in that it started at 7.30pm and we have had one or two start around 5:30pm but not for a long, long time.
Showcase screenings start at 7pm.
There are media screenings that sometime goes public and can be shown in the morning or afternoon.
Slacker's Club screenings change on a regular basis depending on when Picturehouse can fit them in to their schedules.
Weekend morning screenings, generally take place at 10:30am unless shown at Picturehouse who show their previews at 11am.
None of this is set in stone and we are surprised from time to time with different times.
The O2 in London has it's own rules, in that you are requested to arrive an hour before film due to start.
Think that covers everything.
Thanks for all the information. Booked tickets for this means war this morning with the code posted on here. It's another cineworld screening although a larger one than my local one so i'll aim to get there in lots of time.0 -

Best to arrive around 30 mins before an evening preview. For example 6pm for 6.30pm then you get to decide where to sit rather than arriving late and annoying people as some do.
