Perhaps if you could give us a budget we could point you in the right direction...
For example, this is what I'd call a good single oven:

Ok, in that case, this is probably the best sub £600 single cooker around at the moment (Ok, only just under at £599, but seriously, well worth it):

If you want to save £70, then I suppose this is the best of the ovens around £500:

But to be completely honest, it's MILES behind the Siemens in quality and at least you know with the Siemens you are getting a German product, with the Electrolux, it all depends on the model as to where it is made.
