My friend order 2 X 32" TVs at the begining of March - he had a full refund back into his CC account a couple of days ago. He did however contract agencies such as Trading Standards (don't know if this had any effect or not). Sorry I can't be more helpful at the moment, I'll ask for more details when I see him next.

Didn't actually get to speak to anyone, it was all through email and judging by the number of different names that replied to my emails, they must have a fair size call centre lol!

There is a video on youtube of a kid with a Mansion TV, Take what you want from that...Apart from that, I don't know.

Hi,
After a 3 week wait, I have today recieved a 32" tv from mansiontv. First impressions are good. Picture quality, connections and sound are very good. Time will tell if it lasts, but 1st impressions are impressive for the price.
I ordered over the phone, and because I had to wait 3 weeks to get it, they gave me £20 refund as an apology without me asking for one.
One bad thing is that trying to contact them to find out whats happening can be very frustrating, but when you do get to talk to them, they are very helpful.

They have waaaaaay too much of a track record of dissolving companies and advertising products they simply do not have. Anyone who purchases from these characters needs their head examined.

Fitness Megastore dissolved and Megastore Fitness is born.....just one of very many examples. Can't imagine their creditors are happy.

I'm sure there is at the least, one plant on this thread.
