    Thanks Fresian!
Not sure whether to go down the formal route or not or have a word on Monday. My instincts are telling me to go the "formal" route though!

I have got things written down so its just a question of getting things in order in my head IYWSIM?

Enjoy Edinburgh Red! Give me a wave!LOL!

    Hi Jinty,

I hope things at work improve soon. There are advantages and disadvantages to going down the formal route I suppose and they could point the finger at you and say you're the problem to support the supervisor etc. Having a quiet word may work, but probably only for a short while, as you appear to have been having problems with this person for a while and I know how difficult that can be. The decision really is yours, but I suppose the formal route puts everything out in the open and makes the person aware you are no longer prepared to accept their behaviour. I'll wave at all the Edinburgh MSErs when I'm there and am looking forward to the break. Good luck in whatever you decide.

Jinty~all I can say is just do what you feel comfortable with.
It is a shame your old superviser moved on.
& after you agreeing to do an extra day to help them out ~ baah.

Not a NSD yesterday as was at a jewellery party & bought some earrings.

A NSD day as have only been out to pick up the car after last night.
Much skint here and have my mums birthday celebrations tomorrow.

NSD 4!! That was on Friday and was unexpected as I was due to go to a baby shower and needed to buy food to take, but it got cancelled because of the ice.

Was hoping today would be a NSD but the shower dropped to bits, and the landlord is on holiday so I had to buy new bits for the shower. He will pay me back though. Unfortunately I walked through the market on the way to buy shower bits and got tempted by some lovely looking plums on the veg stall!

I was hoping tomorrow would be a NSD but I have dog training class to go to. If I put the money to one side today, could I sneakily get away with claiming tomorrow as a NSD...?
