  • Evening all

Like everyone else, I'm frowning at you Missus Spoon - you do so much around here, and are very wonderful...:kisses3:....so no spoon-bashing! :naughty:

Anyway, back to business - that Missus Freeby been in yet? No? In which case *throws off the covers* declaring NSD #1....ta da!

  • Hello everyone.

I think I need to join your challenge. Tried to have a 'no spend month' this month, (which is a bit unrealistic) and blew it on the first day. I bought some Jamie Oliver DVDs off ebay, for my daughter who has decided to be a chef. Got them really cheaply and couldn't resist the bargain.

So this sounds better, to set a target of so many NSD's to try and stick to. Could I try for 10 NSD and I'll go for a possible 3 in a row, to see how I go?

    Thanks.

  • Hi all NSD 1 today. After school club DD1 goes to three days a week is getting on my nerves first they put the prices twice in a year then they want paying weekly in arrears then they want paying in advance and now if your child does not go 5 days a week they want you to pay 50p for the tuck that they give them which is normally somthing like a couple of crackers with butter on. I know 1.50 is not alot extra extra to pay a week but its the principal told DD1 that i will put somthing in her bag which she can eat.

    Hey all,

I can't decide if I have had a NSD or not!!

I had planned not to buy anything today, but ended up getting some gardening bits as an impulse buy :(

OH did give me a load of change he had collected to go in my penny jar though, and that came to more than I spent on gardening stuff.

Not sure whether to declare this a NSD or not. Don't want to wriggle out of falling for an impulse buy, but technically I am no worse off today.

    What should I do?
