Laptop was playing up this moerning so hoovered and mopped downstairs, went and done Mum's, popped in the pet shop for dog food and put a casserole on before going to work.
I was bidding on a lovely oak veneer sideboard on ebay that was due to end while in work........I didn't get it....gutted. I wanted it to clear all the shoes and some of the stuff on the desk.......so I'm still on the hunt...............Going to have another little look around and then hoover upstairs.........Have a good day all and haven't read the thread but waking vibes for Ed and hugs for everyone else xx0 -

Hi all,
I have to admit to doing no flying at all since Monday:o
I put on another 1lb at SW on Tuesday & so I've been doing the Gillian Michaels 30 day shred ever since & I hurt so much that I can barely lift a coffee cup (no exaggeration).
It was slightly easier this morning so I'm hoping to catch up with the level ones Friday after work. Most things are OK - house is a bit untidy, but the kitchen has been S&S's and the bathrooms were done Monday, ironing basket is empty, but the washing basket is full
Feel a bit of a failiure, but I just cannot face it:(
Hope you're all ok

Afternoon all
Zero flying achieved so far. Meeting at school took 3 hours. Been to Sainsbury and stocked up and meal planned through to Monday.cyclingyorkie wrote: »DS has seen GP - been given a/b's but told to wait a couple of days before taking them.....
In truth he only got them because he said DD2 had also had tonsilitis recently...
So.... do I start him on them now (he's desperate to go back to work) or do I wait?
DD2 suffered mightily - but the a/b's did clear it up....
How much do you think it is tonhellitis? You know the drill you feel really grim, often temp etc more than a regular sore throat. You also know they will only work if it is bacterial and he must finish the course (unless you seek medical advice) so if he starts them today and feels better tomorrow evening he shouldn't ditch them. How yunky are his tonsils? Two of mine have just been off school with a bad throat and cough but I was certain it was not tonsillitis, they were not ill enough in themselves, temps not high enough and there was a lack of the yucky white slim. I wish him well - this is not medical advice just observation.
Thank you all so much for your continued wake up vibes for Ed. Unfortunately there is no update other than he is still stable.
Right HHC for me and then find some notes for tonights meeting and remember to take 2 of them to the osteo inbetween!The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Haven't done the window sill or dusted from today's list but apart from that all done. I've also
* Done dailies
* Walked Pip for an hour with a friend
* Done a big typing job
* Booked the LOs in to see the dentist
* Found a template of a cat mask for DD to use tonight at the Cubs party (don't ask!)
* Sorted out chooks
* Decluttered
Best thing is I found a bag of net curtains I'd bought ages ago so will get DH to fit them on the weekend - thanks to today's list I rummaged in my under bed drawer and hey presto; there they were!
Continued wake up vibes for Ed, come on now honey, time to wake up and for anyone feeling under the weather/stressed/BD etc.
Off to get the kids ......Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
Hi all. I have been flying after a fashion but not posting. Been busy applying for jobs etc.
Ds is currently asleep and I've unloaded and put away the big shop I did this morning, had lunch and put my feet up. The house feels like a constant mess at the moment, but not for want of trying. Life with a little one I think! So I had better give myself a list:
Clean bathroom including floor
Dyson through
S&s kitchen and clean floor
Hang up washing
Washing- towels and cloths
Post birthday cardMum to gorgeous baby boy born Sept 2010:j0 -

Thanks Dusty - you consolidated my thoughts brilliantly:-
he is asleep on the settee where he has been most of the day,
he was awake and shivering most of the night,
he can't swallow food and it hurts to open his mouth,
the brief glimpse of his tonsils that I got told me they are swollen, red and gunky.....
I've cashed in his prescription and he's started them - his sister DID have bacterial tonsilitis - I think I'll take it that he has too!
Oh and the s*****g boiler is playing silly b*****rs again - firing but not pumping heat round.....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
