    Update - I did something :D

Have updated list on previous page.

Embb - sorry to hear about the failed MOT but glad the new ones sorted. Oh and EAT woman! Hope all else ok.

Valli - happy new handbag day

Piggers - a grandma again, congratulations to DS1 &GF, is this Jacobs mum?

Cally - hope the bug, boggers off soon

Oh and I cant remember who the newbie was but welcome anyway.

Thats all I can remember for now as I'm hungry and waiting for DH to come home who is late again
Mortgage, we're getting there with the end in sight £6587 07/23, otherwise free of the debt thanks to MSE help!
  • Good evening :D

bins all out this morning (lots of black sacks as DD2 spent last weekend doing her room!), food bin washed, DW put on clean cycle, 1 load in WM, LR hoovered, doors in hall /kitchen/LR wiped down (muddy dog attempts at opening doors ).
I have also been working all day.
Roast chicken done & eaten, and DH is here ALL EVENING!!!! That doesn't happen very often. Hopefully it will become the norm again soon as he has been training someone else to take over :)

I really need to get on with the studying now - I am really struggling :(

Wake up vibes to Ed, and coping vibes to his family.

ok then.... books..... off I go

    Hi everyone,

Just been to give blood, so having a cuppa and a snack and generally taking it easy :)

Well done you deserve to take it easy.

Em glad you got your new car early

Mumto5 sorry to hear your bad news

No more flying done and certainly no GUAG left. I have been to school for another governor meeting tonight and have one at 9am tomorrow too (the Head will be sick of the sight of me). Two boys have osteo tomorrow plus I've got a street party meeting here in the evening. I must buy food in between too.

Flying tomorrow will consist of a quick tidy, hoover and S&S in the areas neighbours will be in.

Time to get DS3 out of the bed and into the bath and then I have a pile of papers to go through before the morning.

It's worse. The original figure has trebbled. No hot water for a week. Bye bye holiday savings money.

No flying done except 5 loads of washing.

Not so bad actually! Got a cadet weekend this weekend so have been prepping for that. Dog number 1 cut her paw out walking earlier and dog number 2 ate something she really shouldn't have, so been keeping an eye on her. Cat has a sharp pointy tooth just about falling out and won't let me near it but she is still eating, pooping and being her usual demanding self so I'm not too worried.

    Drum roll please..............................................

"At risk" threat is over!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have finally been able to apply for a job on a section which isn't at risk......................and got it!!! 11 months of sheer hell finally over.

    Happy Days! :T

    Morning All

Congratulations 1 step - fantastic news!

:bdaycake:Hugs mumto5 - Happy Birthday - hope today's a better day. Celebrate it in style!

Well so far I've got nothing on tonight so once I've picked the kids up at 4 I should be able to shut the front door and not go out again. Hopefully I'll get some more flying done tonight but there's some paperwork I want to do as well. The downstairs isn't looking too bad but I've got an ironing mountain to tackle although that will probably be left until the weekend. I've been asked about taking over a different Beaver group which has closed through lack of leaders so I've provisionally said yes but I'm waiting to get more details. It'll mean more work as I'll have all the paperwork to do but I'll be running it how I want to.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs
