    Afternoon all!

We had a lovely meal out with DD for her birthday on Monday evening. Come 1am she's throwing up; she mostly managed to get to the bathroom, but I still ended up stripping her bedding, sponging her mattress & quilt & then sitting up with her for a while. She spent most of yesterday sipping water & dozing, while I nursed my lack-of-sleep induced migraine. I'm off work today with the same stomach bug, ah well!

  • Hi folks. Feel like I have been cleaning for hours today. Have done the living room totally. Even put beeswax on the wood bits to feed them and washed down the glass on the doors. Toilet also done, soup made, several washings done and mostly ironed. I am shattered!

    Hi guys

Sending wake up vibes for Ed, also thinking of his family and you and yours Dusty x

Car failed it's MOT spectacularly yesterday so it was a blessing in disguise that i got my new car early, just waiting for scrap man to come and collect it and hopefully pay me some dosh for it, then I can cancel the insurance on it and insure my new one with a new quote. Need to go and dig out the Log Book and give it a final check over to make sure I haven't left anything in it.

It's completely taken over the last few days so not got much housework done, my head has been spinning so it's been put on the back burner. Will need to hoover though just incase scrap man needs to come in, can't see it but you never know, and it looks like it's never been done *shrugs* no idea how.

Done 6 hrs at work today and I'm pooped, I've done a spring clean in one house  my knees are killing :(

Once the car is sorted I've got to go and get some food as there isn't a morsel in the place, I've just snarfed the last 3 slices of bread as I hadn't eaten since yesterday and didn't feel too clever.

    Gosh I don't half ramble.......

Glad CAMRA meeting went ok LW x

    Welcome new people x

    Hugs all round x

Gonna nip upstairs for Log book now, sort car out and hoover downstairs, oh and put the boiler back on as the gas had gone *tuts*

    laters x

DS1 gf had her scan today and is having a kitten according to DS1... it was amusing, he said it has long legs I said it cant possibly be his so he replied it has a large head i said maybe it is his after all :p

Dentist done.. everyone needs to brush better.. apart from me! noone needed any work done... apart from me... why does that seem unjust?
tesco shop shopped.. and I forgot the pasta! ggrrr

Dot was a pita last night so has been kept awake most of today she WILL sleep tonight whether she wants to or not!.. I have go tough with her.. I am now getting her up at 9am and she can adjust bedtime around that.. she slept from 7am-3pm yesterday.. that is simply not acceptable! .. so.. the new kickass mummy is calling the shots!

Housewise I have done nothing today!

Tomorrow will not be much better I have appts at 9:30am, 11am and 2:30pm.. then have grubs at KHs so Chinese nommishness for dinner...

oh.. I sorted the tax credits, paid some bills and found my bank card... does that count?

Must ring about taking the car in to be looked at, the suspension sounds like there are a million mice being squished every bump we drive over.. it is very annoying!
