3 months ago my now ex left me and our daughter. 1 month later we got back together. 1 month later i found him in bed with someone else. 1 day ago he told me he loved someone else. tonight i spent with 2 bedt friends, girly dvds wine and chocs, and it was the best valentines yet!

I agree, it's a rip off, hubby says he heard on the radio yesterday that some companies are charging £29 for delivering a single red rose! I do like the fact that it's a day specifically to celebrate your love for someone (yes, we should do this all year round, but it's still sort of sweet to make a special effort now and then), but there's no need to remortgage the house to show someone how much they mean to you. I would actually be really annoyed if hubby spent all that money on flowers!
