    Does it usually take a while for someone from virgin to reply? Only I posted it nearly 24 hours ago now.

    It can take a few days, they work on the posts in date order. Also, if another user (including you) responds to the thread you get bumped to the bottom again.

    Bad idea, bumping just has the opposite effect & puts you lower down the list.
