thanks to all your replies, I am very relieved to say that I had no need to worry, we are doing very well with our replies to my sons party and he is really looking forward to it, he is an only child and the last time we had a party for him was when he was 5 years old, because of his autism socially he struggled and it was always a problem, he is thriving a has quite a few friends through giving him lots of support and loads of love encouraging him all the time, upto now 35 children are attending, this is all the children in his class and quite a few children from the support for learning so it is worth every penny to see him interact and enjoy other childrens company and let him know that people DO like him as this is what has always struggled with.
