No weigh in for me this week, have been to the local doctors where I weigh myself and the scales are broken. Can't get an appointment just to be weighed til next week.
  • Can I please record 67.0 kg for today. I may not have time to do it tomorrow.

  • O.k lost half a pound this week. This is truly pathetic and I am beginning to think I will never get below ten stone. I have been really good food wise and not even eaten my valentines day choccies. I have exercised every day though not quite as much as I thought as the weather has been poor and I have really needed sometime just to lie down and chill with a good book. So this pound or so is very off/on.
Enough money to live on so retired early...planning to see where life takes me:D

    Hi all,

Don't want to, but will have to admit I gained 2lb this week .

The week started off ok, but ended with a family birthday meal, (which was lovely) it was meant to be low cal, but ended up with pate and buttered toast, salmon en-croute and cake of course, plus wine and I had my pancakes early at the weekend. Also went out for Sunday Roast yesterday, so all in all , disaster week! Didn't do any exercise either.

I can only hope next week will be better.
