just had to write name and adress nothing about rights just name and adress

I had to write my name and address - but printed on the top of the paper which contained everyones addresses (and in very small print!) it did say something about if you had the free shirt then you could not take any other action against them , or something to that effect.

if they are the shirts in question then you may have as many shirts as you hve !! when i went in for mine the man in front had 6 lol

They said to me you can have what ever siz you want aslong as they have it in stock !!

some shops are getting very low on suplies - I wonder what will happen to those who take the shirts in and there are none left?

I managed to get a small boys one for my nephew, a small for the missis, but when I tried to get a long sleeved one for me, they refused and would only let me have a short sleeved one. I've just rung customer services and spoke to Cathy who informs me that I can have either if they've got it in store. Going back tomorrow lunch hour.

I had to leave my name, and phone number and sign a disclaimer saying I wouldn't take further action. Not bad considering I never bought them from JJB.
