Argue with everyone insisting you intend paying it back...but don't. Carry on reading all the letters but then deny ever receiving any.

I didn't make any assumptions, I advised the OP to do what you and your ilk do.
Why are you still here anyway (other than to Troll)?
A troll that's been here 3+ years more than you?

    Read and learn. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_(Internet)

    Now, whose the troll?

Auto-man, bet you're laugh after laugh? In fact, I have scrubbed Stephen Fry off my ideal dinner party to Mohammed Ali, Ghandi, Neitzshe and Auto-man (you've replace Stephen Fry....I know what you're going to say: it was too obvious anyway!!)

I tried to google the Niddy debt forum and it asked me to take the oath first. Do I have to sign this oath? eg a wet signature?

Nice wikipedia link by the way, here's one too: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scientology

You can see a remarkable diffrence between the posters who have made an absolute financial calamity out of their lives, and those who have learned from experience.

I'm happy to make "an assumption" which is which :laugh:

  • Thanks for those of you gave advice. Funnily enough, I received a letter from a different collection agency today regarding the egg loan and I have arranged a payment plan. Hopefully they will offer a realistic settlement figure then I will be debt free.

Theres a guy called Never In Doubt and he is the master of getting out of paying back what you owe,

There are also a load of his worshippers on here too (very deluded but ardent) who can look into this for you.

Ultimately, they are all demented but if you want to go down the unenforcable route...they are the nutjobs you need to speak to.

Did the banks pay back the money they owed??

As per Oscar in post #10.

    FYI,

"Niddy" is an intelligent, honourable and helpful human being, who's "followers" are far from being deluded or nutjobs.

Unlike you of course, who appears to be a sarcastic, unhelpful trolling
