  • Hi all, tried to check in last night before bed, but computer said no! Anyhow, good vibrations to everyone having a hard time of it.
Thought this pic was just so sweet, a meerkat family huddling together after a rainshower. Reminded me of our 11+ gang here :)

Hi guys - I know a tesco ( not my local ) has a denby dinner set in the rtc section. Now all the other denby in the household aisle have a SEL of £85 but this is a black pepper set ( so the same set ) but on the bottom of the box is a yellow sticker with 85 crossed out then 48 down to 24.50? Would this scan at the price on the yellow sticker? Its just I can't scan as no scanners - and i'd be afraid of asking someone as the sticker clearly shows the price? cheers for info!

The barcodes on yellow labels are unique and it will scan at the price marked ie £24.50

  • Don't want to bring the thread down, just found out my younger brother has Hodgkin's Lymphoma, (Lymph cancer) he is only 30. Anyone have any experience with this?

From what I understand hodgkins lymphoma is an aggressive cancer but can be cured. My dad was recently diagnosed with non hodgkins lymphoma, this can be treated but it will come back. My dad is nearly finished his chemo and we see a big difference in his health. Feel free to pm me if you want to chat.
