    Hello all.
Thought I'll just say a big thank you to everybody's advice and PM's over the last few days! I have booked an appointment for late afternoon today. I'm quite nervous and scared tbh :/ wrote out a list of things I wanted to discuss with the doctor (took a leaf out of my mum's book) however that was a bit depressing and noticed there was things which could be linked that I never thought about before.

Been trying to keep busy, tried to come on here last night however looked like the site was down. And yes I have had more snow here :eek::eek: preventing me from running.

p.s. I don't know if people have got my address where I live wrong. I don't live in NI, however I do live in Hertfordshire when I'm not at Uni. When at Uni (Right now) Surrey, hope that clears any confused.

On the subject of giving address at CS, I know when I've returned/exchanged something or had DTD, they always ask for my name and postcode. I guess this is common practice? I did have one ask me for my full address and phone number  I was like erm don't think so! I know they will have it with the CC anyways, but I wasn't putting all that down there for them, there is no need for that.

I don't think I've ever been asked for details ... and I've now had a few DTDs and refunds/exchanges

    Hello :)
I'm at that Uni, handy having tesco so close, especially when you're addicted to the place. Any left now out of interest? What do you think of the store/trouts?

It's always a good idea to write stuff down before you go, especailly if you are a bit nervous, in case you forget anything.

Good luck and I hope it all goes well for you :)
