Mine was an open one, and i have a 3 inch scar with 2 little bobbles either side where the stitches went- it was muchly amusing to freak people out by gently pulling the little balls from one side to the other! Glad all went well, and hope he has a speedy recovery :)

:(:( it'll be worth it when you do get them :)

PS you will have snail mail very shortly :)

I left side gate open just incase postie wanted to hide parcel in wheelie bin :rotfl:but he didn't. Postie must have had his watch set to a different time zone then mine. I already got snail mail still waiting for a card from 2009 :( Or does snail mail mean something else ?

I've got a rare mid week night to myself so I'm going to have a womble at Mr Ts and try a woopsie run too :T

I need to buy some things for work salt/grit and a toilet seat (don't ask ) which should come to about £21 so I'm working a strategy to make it up to £40 with as many MOCs and vouchers I can and only getting things that will give me a Price check back.

I can't remember the last time I spent £40 in Mr T

Its quite stressful but great fun!
Couldn't think of anything witty to say so just keeping the space until I can :(

I do hope that your new business venture goes well for you and your friend and it’s lovely to hear your feeling better and see you back posting again :)
3dogs - I’m so sorry to hear that Mr3dogs has been taken into hospital :(, but glad that the operation has gone well and he will soon be back at home with you. Sending you both lots of :heart2: and :grouphug:.

Bensonsmum - Sorry to hear about all the troubles with your car sad0046.gif, but glad you’ve got is all sorted out now. My OH runs a garage and said that the costs for this could be anything up to about £400, so it probably doesn’t feel like it now, but you did quite well at only £200 to get it fixed.
And Harley-dog is just too cute animal0038.gif
Sorryaboutmywife - I’m so sorry to hear about your MIL’s diagnosis sad0018.gif. Huge :grouphug: and lots of :heart2: to you both.

What has happened to you and your son is awful, but it sounds like it has made you both much stronger and happier people and I’m sure many would benefit from reading your story and seeing that you can make it through it all.

I hope your steroid injection has worked for you and you have been behaving yourself :naughty:, so that you can be back with us soon.
Spirallingdown, Your cousins child, sounds horrible . I think if it were me and he had to come to my house, I would make it very clear to his mother that whilst under my roof, I would discipline him like I would my own child and if she didn’t like that, then he couldn’t come to my house anymore, as it would not be fair for your DS to be treated differently than his cousin.
Debsjc - I hope your burnt wrist is ok and you didn’t hurt yourself falling over in the snow, :grouphug: to you.
Purdita - What wonderful news about your pension payment :j. I hope you use some of the money to treat yourself to something nice.
MMW - Thanks for getting back to me about the phones. Unfortunately I’ve been curled up with a cold since saturday sick0026.gif, so haven’t managed to get over there for a while, but I do love the staff in that store, they are all so friendly and helpful, just a shame there‘s no working scanner :(.
I don’t know if you’ve been to Blackpool before, but I go quite regularly as OH’s dad lives there. It’s not for everyone, but I like the tackiness of the seaside and the amusements and stuff. It’s a great town really and people are so friendly. Just think of it a bit like Hastings on a bigger scale. Oh and don’t forget your club card rewards if you plan on going to the Pleasure beach. You can’t spectate for free anymore and now have to pay for a pass whether your going on the rides or not .

hi Fudge2, hows things with you ?

dd2 has beaten me at chequers, snap, goldfish, and connect4, turned her now empty easter egg box inside out and painted it into a robot, consumer fishfingers, boiled eggs with soldiers, asda beans with sausage and toast, 1 aforementioned easter egg and is now munching through ham and chease salad, think she is catching up on yesterday..back to school tommorow fingers crossed.

    Thanks for asking :D
