I'm not ashamed to admit I found a new activity last night, checking wombled receipts for potential glitches. The OEP (happy days) showed up as an extra Cadbury's discount  if I remember rightly but how would we have ever known about it if the OP hadn't reported it? 3 for 2 isn't nearly as good a deal lol!

I bet there are tons of glitches we never even know about  so I will be checking my wombles even more closely for irregularites, let the "everyday folk" find the glitches for us!;)

Nothing to report yet but ... you never know!

Thats very true! On a couple of occasions recently I've been chatting to SA's (I talk to anyone me! lol) about various bargains and on every occasion they've told me about something 'the other week' which was scanning at such and such and they've all been new ones to me!

    Reckon loads never go 'mainstream'.

on my travels today i visited l£wes and sh0reham.

l£wes was awful. i found a huge pile of easter eggs with the oodsel stating half price. i grabbed four and went to the till. then off i went to the cs for dtd. in this time someone had removed the sel . cs called for someone, and tis woman insisted she had changed all the pos sign BEFORE the shop had opened and accused me of lying and trying to make money out of tesco:eek: . i asked her for her name, but she only mumbled it so i couldnt quite hear it. one email of to tesco me thinks. no free eggs either. but i didnt really care about the eggs, i was so angry at being called a liar.

sh0reham was boring. no eggs, no phones, no nothing really . i came home to find the house cold. son had turned the heating down to 15 degrees:mad:

We are many we are one xxx

So that every single post that I contribute to this thread is on topic I would just like to say I am an elite 11+ member and I hear the unjust silence of my opinions whilst I am shopping in supermarkets mainly. Just sayin.

  • Who was it that put the wrong fuel in the car? I always thought that the petrol nozzle couldn't fit in the filler on a diesel car?

Pity me of FK weren't closer as I (sure FK wouldn't mind) would have drained it for you and got it going. It's an easy job unless it needs a new fuel pump. Mechanics just love people like you as it's easy money and they get a load of free fuel out of you. :(
