Found the right cupcake napkins today but unfortunately scanned at £1.50

    Ditto:mad:

Had a normal shop at my local to use up my £5 moc - bought 6 bottles of wine ( normal shop lol ) - still managed to spend £60 - and got another MOC ! :j

Just wondering if you guys knew about a golden receipt tho - should I return my DTD item for a refund of what is on the receipt or what the product should have scanned at? Will they know when they scan the receipt that i received a dtd?:o[/QUOTE]

If there is no indication on the receipt of any DTD then they won't know, so return it! And in this case you will get the full amount back as that's what's on the receipt, it's only if the receipt has been written on then it gets more confusing.

Golden receipt = return return return!!!;)
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

My store hasn't restocked the napkins :( Or else I would have price checked again today! But they were late stock arriving in my store, as I'm sure someone mentioned them a couple of weeks before I found them.

Golden receipt means you will get the price on the receipt as they won't know you have had DTD as nothing is written on it to tell them otherwise.

  • on my travels today i visited l£wes and sh0reham.

l£wes was awful. i found a huge pile of easter eggs with the oodsel stating half price. i grabbed four and went to the till. then off i went to the cs for dtd. in this time someone had removed the sel . cs called for someone, and tis woman insisted she had changed all the pos sign BEFORE the shop had opened and accused me of lying and trying to make money out of tesco:eek: . i asked her for her name, but she only mumbled it so i couldnt quite hear it. one email of to tesco me thinks. no free eggs either. but i didnt really care about the eggs, i was so angry at being called a liar.

Personally I'd have contacted security and requested a viewing of the surveillance tapes followed by a very grovelling apology from CS lady along with a disciplinary for the person who claimed to have changed the labels when they hadn't. That kind of treatment of customers is simply not on.

Naughty naughty lol!!! It's a shame that the "T staff are liars" thread has gone:( was hilarious. I just realised that when I was returning some stuff to my favourite trout on CS last night I forgot to check the name and shame board!!

Yes that "T staff are liars" thread vanished on monday affy :(
