  • Got my £15 John Lewis/Which vouchers today! :j:j Now how do I cancel?

DS's 5th birthday yesterday, was going to give him Halloween Haribo to take in but remembered I had my 1p Lindt eggs - just enough for whole class and teachers too. That shut the gossiping mums up - now they think we're posh lol.

Freezer has stopped working, I think because it's in the garage and is struggling to work at -1 C. Can't afford new one yet so eating what we can - no whoopsying for me for a bit then.

MIL just been diagnosed with cancer after womb biopsy but she has to wait a whole week to know any more  that's going to be a long week, is this normal to have to wait for so long?
    :starmod: DO IT NOW :starmod:

Citroen czara picasso 02 plate 2l HDi - please don't tell me mine is one of them!!!

I wish i had thought of that earlier im now back at the house - after a 3 mile walk, gave me time to calm down a bit, but no where near any petrol stations/garages and also have no way of getting them to the garage where i left my car to be fixed but thanks for the idea .

I would have a look at my insurance docs - but they are in the glove box of my car - so won't know until i get my car back - thank you xx

HDI **should** be ok! Fingers crossed.

I think this says it all about Wools' character. After enduring so much, she is so well balanced that she can make the above comment. This lady has one massive heart - isn't her son lucky to have her as his Mum. :T:T:T

She certainly is a very lovely person and I feel very priviliged at having the chance to meet her and her DS2 today before they move. :A

The man in front of me at cs in tesco now has a meal deal that hasn't worked.
He's bought dauphinois potatoes, beef bourguignon, cheesecake & a wine that says "dino" on the front.
I've just pointed out dtd to him before leaving.

On .com the deal doesn't start until tomorrow but if they are advertising it early....shame!

And it's the restaurant collection meal deal at £15...:eek::eek:
:) Learn from the past, enjoy and appreciate the present and work to make your future the best it can possibly be :)

    And get lots of glitches!

    Quiz

Hi Folks , I'm sure many of us encounter the odd or thrice odd American question in the quiz and I'm sure we secretly hope that all our competitors get the same brain numbing jaw dropping inane question over the next few days or so just to even it out ...

I'm sure when Snap returns from Leafy Suburb Land she'll take on board any suggestions you make ...form an ordely queue and no flash mobbing or worse still flash dancing .

we're a bit restricted when it comes to categories to play but a
brief run down goes a bit like this ..

    Fun Bag Trivia
    Celebrities - easier
    Celebrities - harder
    General Knowlege - 5 levels
    Geography
    History
    Hobbies
    Literature
    Movies
    Music
    People
    Religion
    Science
    World
I was young once , now I get older all the time .
