    Evening all
Just got back from a mammoth whoopsie session taking in T's Asdas and Sainsbury's
All I can say is...."It was a DISASTER darlings!!"
Absolutely NOTHING in T's.....worst I've ever known
Asda's I got some strawberries, raspberries, bit of salad, 3 packs of mince, bread rolls, donuts
Sainsbury's, some fresh crumble mix and a fresh cheese sauce

I did find in Sainsburys though some of their own frozen quarterpounders with cheese and a hint of mustard SEL 50p
    and
Bisto Turkey gravy granules in the big 300g tubs RTC 47p

They had plenty of both in the Newton Abbot store so hope it's not store specific

Now I'm going back to catch up on tonights posts
    Catch ya later!!
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.

Wool I envy you greatly. I've very often thought about writing my story but I worry nobody would want to read it :o I might do it one day though, it would likely be a cathartic experience :)

Blushing. Its more for myself and son really. It was such a big part of our life and obviously my family have a tendancy to talk about it quite a bit. I want him to be able to read the truth when he is ready.

Also i think it could serve as a warning to a lot of people, social services and the judicial system. Its not like eastenders!

If i could make some money from it then obviously that would be a bonus to pay off fees.

Wool I just read my post about you writing your story and realised that it probably came across that I was suggesting people wouldn't want to read your story. Please don't think that's what I was saying!! I am sure your story would be absolutely fascinating and something I would love to read. My comment was just regarding my own story and my persistent self doubt! :p:o I have nothing but admiration for you :A

    Aaaahhhhh they look so cute:)

Totally O/T now, but just back from the doctors, booked in for steroid next week for my elbow but it's been getting me down and I can't sleep with the pain so the doctor has prescribed one 25mg amitriptyline tablet everynight to see if it will get me through the night. We had a bit of a "discussion" about them because I always thought they were anti depressants and I'm not depressed, but he said no in low doses they are good as a muscle relaxant and should help me sleep.Has anyone else ever used then for this, I hate taking tablets:(
Hi I've just come accross your post. My husband takes amytriptiline for 2 herniated discs in his back. Whrn the Dr first told us he wouldn't need any other pain killers we laughed as he was near enough crippled. His back will never heal but he only has to take approx 20mg's now every 3-4 days. When his back first whent he was taking 50mg ad day together with 8 zappain & 3 diclofenic.Hth:)
