I've included 2 x 8 pks Activia yoghurt which are MBG, plus a few bits and pieces that have coupons eg: Aunt Bessie's and most importantly items that will compare favourably with Asda for jtd. I've got a £40.34 shop down to £20.08 minus a jtd from last week's shop (£5.70) = £14.38 and I'll get another jtd back (weirdly exactly the same value of £5.70)

As I said, takes some planning but well worth it

mobile phone wise, i am with virgin, on their £10 something tariff, that I have gone over once, and that was when i was on holiday in september and my flight home got cancelled.

I have never gone over my text or call allowance, but i cant remember what it is!

This is why i dont have an i-phone. Yet. My mobile bill would double at the minimum!

Just an idea for using your £5 off £40 spend voucher, if you have no way what so ever of using it ask any members of your family/friends if they would like it if they are going to be spending more than £40 - on the understanding that they give you back the voucher that they receive from doing there shopping and then you get to use it next week, helps both of you out - i have done this with a friend of mine previously and it works a treat - especially if you only do a big shop once a fortnight
