Like FK, they sent me a gift card and told me to keep the product as well so the branch lost more by their refusal and the Manager was reported.

I had some dodgy meat so rang customer services, they asked if I could return the meat and wrapper to the store, as I had binned the meat I just returned the wrapper. The store manager was called even though I had explained I wasn't after a refund I was just returning the wrapper as requested by customer services.
He was a right moody git when he turned up and before I could explain said " If your after a refund you can get it off the call centre, your not messing up our tills" :eek:, I explained I wasn't after a refund and left.

I wasn't impressed to say the least and was tempted to ring HO, but didn't bother in the end .
It has made me more determined to look for errors tho

I had some dodgy meat
Contacted HO and they said return wrapper & meat if I still had it for a swop
I had no problems with this at all and ended up with almost £20 of beef - the funny thing was the original meat was a dtd joint of pork so very happy with the result as we prefer beef anyway
In this instance tesco CS desk were great not the usual trouts

been so busy allweekend not had a chance to chtch up and only had a couple of flying visits in
hope all are well and staying warm
hope those that lost water now have it back

For those who like Tropicana smooth Asda are doing the 4 pack 250ml for £1, Tesco are £1.05 each bottle :eek:. I think this is a good deal works out £1 a litre.
