Hi, was wondering if yous could help...got a toy which ended up free with dtd, however when my dd went to use it one of the items is missing, its an interactive animal and one of the things to play with it isn't in the box...the store totally troutef me and huffed and puffed when I took it to vs. They offered to refund and resell and when i asked about dtd they made faces to each other and grumped even more! Not sure if I should return with it :-0 sorry bout spelling phone is awful!

Return it get a replacement if you can and if thats what you want if not get a refund as its faulty, if you paid £20 but should have paid £10 so you got £20 dtd you will be entitled to £10 refund HTH

:T Fantastic she really is vile isnt she. last time i was there getting dtd on the pork she was stood next to the cs serving me. just as trout came back with sel and was about to start her spiel about how they would refund me back to what i should have been charged miss mega trout whispers in her ear give her dtd lol. she knows better with me now :T

HAPPY BIRTHDAY 4P AND MKS

Having a bit of a panic, I have never ever driven in the snow and don't know how to, dreading having to take DS to school tomorrow. Oh has just said go for a drive...hmmm considering how clumsy I can be I don't think thats a great idea. Any advice? As said before I live on a hill, I am literally half way but outside mine and about 4 houses down 3 or so up is the worse bit.
