just been for a quick Ts fix (purely for milk and bread ;))....found the R/C cars wiith half price stickers....but theyve been stickered over the barcodes so they scan correctly :(

had to console myself with buying 3 pairs of boots and a coat (for the kids)...£42.. along with a few bits (got the 99p Dora magazine for DD1)...bill came to £48.xx....used the £5 off voucher, then one of the clothhing vouchers...voila £33.xx to pay....and will be taking the coat and boots back as none of them fit! On the down side, because of the SA messing about taking tags off and 'remove item from bagging area' messages, i actually left the Dora magazine on the bagging area bit....ah well....Ts have paid me for all the other stuff so I can live wiith them keepiing my 99p mag!!

Scanned a few other bits but everything scanning 'properly'....didnt have much time and that store is always quite 'clean' anyway! But might try another store after work tonight and a homeplus tomorrow.....has anyone noticed the Homeplus stores getting ready for their closure....ie clearing out old stock? :)
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!

    ♥ Tinyshoes & 3dogs & everyone else who needs support ♥

Having sped read through 24 hours - I apologise for missing anyone ♥

Went for our 1940's tea yesterday with good friends & came back with a bought doggy bag for Fourp :D

Also had a skin test done at the college hairdressing school, so today I'm off to have multiple colours in my hair :D may take a while as students but I've got another Millie Johnson to read :T

I got mine done on Tuesday at a Wella Hair Academy ... and I now have an "expensive Cheryl Cole look" :rotfl:(yeah really ... the students had to use expressive language to describe what they had done).

Anyway, I was charged £17.50 and it took nearly 4 hours. But again chuffed cos I cancelled regular hairdresser who was gonna charge me £50.

I'm back to the Academy in 2 weeks for a £7.50 cut and style ... and in 8 weeks for another colouring session. Trying to stick to at least 1 NY resolution.

That's a bit crass given your reluctance to share last night or was it the day before?:rotfl: I get so confused these days! (once again, Artha exits stage left, muttering....)
    Awaiting a new sig

Thanks Looby ... I forgot I think I have a £5 of £40 general spend as well ... even better.

You know what ... I reckon all this juggling is just as complicated as dealing in the City and balancing the country's GDP. I bet between us we'd be able to sort this recession out! :D

yeah I know they'd happily give me another one even if it wasnt 'handed in'....just a long way to go back for a magazine! But might ask when I take the clothes back....i'll be happy with getting my money back on the clothes and being £9 in profit so not too worried about it...will buy DD1 another one! :)

I always share artha. In that instance it was only a store specific ood SEL so didn't want to send people on a wild goose chase.

Mmmm ... do they not refund the value after the coupon has been taken off?

Example: if I buy a bundle of clothes that cost £25 and I got £5 off (conditional MOC) and return 1 item ... do I get a refund of the full value of the item or the item price minus the £5?

    Happy birthday to tinyshoes mum.

Couldnt find any penny items today so settled for being paid to take away £85 worth of shopping instead!

My list was hot cross buns, milk, bread a bob e builder construction set. Sel said £9.98 from £23.99 out of date, have been looking for this in local store but all sels were changed to higher price. Some wine ood sel £10.99 to £5.49.
used a £5 off voucher on £85 total.

Imagine my horror when looking at my receipt Was charged. Full price for the wine so got £55 back = free
The bob toy had scanned at £29.99. So £40 dtd. Total back £95!!

The manager had to sign it off and he couldnt have been more jovial. He asked the cs lady where the hats were that said banned from store!! Then he pointed me in the direction of the other local extra. Made a nice change
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.
