I'm just as happy with a few whoopsies as I am with a glitch & if I cant find anything I console myself with the fact that it hasnt cost me anything!!:rotfl:

    /QUOTE]

I couldn't agree more! I enjoyed prepping a load of whoopsied brocolli for the freezer yesterday - very satisfying. I find it astonishing though how much branches vary in when and by how much they reduce.
    Hope is not a strategy.

I used to glue them on!!!!!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Anybody going to confess to stapling?
Just popped to T's with my Rustlers vouchers. Picked the new girl on the checkouts as I've used her till a few times. Only downside is she wants to make conversation. After todays conversation I'm beginning to think she fancies me.:eek:

This has the makings of an interesting story that could run and run. Keep us posted ! :D

    Good morning everyone
Don't know if this will be of any use to anyone but in the B3xh1ll store this morning they had a stack of green boxes filled with rtc printer cartridges. They were the tesco own compatible with ones- i saw they had ones for epsom, hp and lexmark but didn't look at specific model numbers. They were at the end of an aisle near the homewares and clothes.

I know this is a VERY sad question indeed, but as I am sitting here with my cuppa with my morning musings, it has just occurred to me that Dr Who will be on again in a mere few weeks (Easter Sunday).
Does anyone know if that will kick off a new season?

(See. I told you it was a VERY sad question!!)

    Morning all,

Heck of a day here already- went into T's at dawn for some meds for DS2 who is having a wretched and very sudden asthma/chest attack due to the sudden cold snap. He has what they call a trigger and blamo, he's on medicines- and if we don't catch it- oxygen. Hopefully all will clear up as fast as it came, we are waiting for our turn at the doctor in an hour and have been around the aisles in T's to pass the time.

No good party things, me-to-you key rings scanned £5 :eek: got a bag of little miss sweets, but nothing else... there was a lonely clipstrip of lindt eggs, but they were bb 8/12 and all had a sticker over the barcode, so didn't even try.... would have been great as we are all out of CDM, and what will we cook with now?? ;) ...can't bear to pay the prices they have on chic chips!

Might be taking DS2 into work with me this afternoon if the meds set in!

Hope you all have better luck and can enjoy the beautiful crispy day! :o

    Noooooooo!

I just googled it and apparently it begins this Autumn :(

It's bad enough not getting David Tennant anymore but I hate having to wait for the series. Big kid, I know! Life is to short to forget your inner child though!

Rubbish you can't phase it out, its either policy or it isn't & according to the man at H.O. I spoke to yesterday it is.
  • can anybody help me with Br@cknell home store pleeeeeeeeeeese does it have scanners and is it worth going too? is in a shopping centre or a retail park please, have no idea where it is! :)

and also the same for other Br@cknell stores please. :)

    tia

I have only been to this home store once about 6 weeks ago, but found scanners upstairs in bedding area, working and downstairs on a pillar by toys and kids clothing, also working. Having said that it was really busy when I went and didn't find any mega bargains - I hope you have better luck! It is part of a retail park, also near to the town shops - such as they are! I haven't visited the other T's in the area.
