We eat really well....but virtually all meat, salad, veg and bread products are whoopsied from any of the big 4 Supermarkets :T and I never spend £40 in one go either!! I've only had DTD once in my usual whoopsies T's as I don't want to draw attention to myself there and in the Extra I sometimes drive to, there's no scanners to check the prices
but I did get the light strikes there a few months ago
No Asian supermarkets anywhere near me....in fact I've never been to one, but I believe they are supposed to be fantastic for sourcing the types of things you normally pay an arm and a leg for in T's or sainsbury's.
My O/H eats a lot of meat hence the 2 joints a week I'm a massive veg eater the Asian place I got to I get 3 icebergs/3cues/2caulis/3melons/3pineapples/8 bananas/4 kilos onions, all for £1 each5 pots natural yogurt 500mls for £1 and the spices are really cheap I can get 400gms for less than 1 schwartz jar in T's, I am a cook from scratch person and unless heavily whoopsied would not entertain "ready meals"

Hi guys, been working all day
Off topic (does this thread ever stay ON topic lol?)
Anyone know how to get the smell and taste of coffee out of a flask that was supposed to be for boiling water only
Thanks x
Celebrate, I know you've had some suggestions already, but I used to use boiling water and table salt. It may take a couple of washes, but it always brought the inside of my flask up like new.0 -

Popped to T's. Both the multi coloured and regular lindor eggs all scanned at £2.50 but the regular balls (barcode 8043) scanned at a penny. Sadly only 7 bags left.0

i know there is someone on here who decorates for a living...quick question...why does my paint look like it has curdled?
Brought 2 pots in from the garage to paint dds bedroom and the big pot of b&q trade emulsion is a solid lump with a few inches of clear gloop on top. the 5l tin of mixed emulsion - dulux mixed from b&q looked similar to the white but i managed to stir it slightly to create a curdled looking mixture. is it ruined by the cold?Baby meerkat...born 9.10am 31/1/12 - now a fully fledged monster meerkat.
