Those are them - I picked up the honey ones last week & they were £1:eek:

Thanks ClipStrip .... I scanned the honey ones yesterday and they were £2+ ... cheek of it!

I dunno these days I can't seem to bring myself to buy anything other than milk and butter that hasn't been, whoopised, glitched or valued

Re decorating, DO NOT waste your money on the frog tape stuff, B&Q professional masking tape is a LOT better and a lot cheaper, I did so much decorating last year I can't stand the sight of a paint can now so I know :o

    http://www.diy.com/nav/decor/decorating-sundries/painting-and-decorating-tools-accessories/tape/-specificproducttype-masking_tape/B-and-Q-Professional-Masking-Tapes-4-Pack-25m-10549000

However if you are trying to get clean lines say on a feature wall where the surface to be taped has been painted fairly recently, go to Brewers if you have one near you, they do a pink masking tape, it's a german brand and the absolute dog's doodahs of low-tack masking tape, was recommended to me by a professional hth :D

Not so sure its a waste of money, when a client is spending £300 a roll on paper, they expect everything else to be in the same price bracket (i.e expensive) so turning up with cheap tape does not create the correct impression.

Brewers is my fav dec supplier when shopping for client basics.
some of the dec shops in Fulham have the most beautiful paper.

Have been decorating for over 20 years :D

i have a bit of a problem. i hae lost my mobile phone. i replied to a text at 4.45pm last night, and havent seen it since. i have rung it, but its switch off? i need my phone as it has all my appointments in it for next week and my working hours. any ideas anyone?

Being a "left footer" ... usually a quick word with St Anthony (the Patron Saint for lost articles ... no I'm not making this up :rotfl:) does the trick.

Leave the problem with him and start doing something else ... then usually all of a sudden you'll come across it in place you've already searched many times.

MMW Do you have a landline or is there a neighbour who could ring your mobile?
done that. its "switched off" which in my mind suggests its fallen off somewhere and bumped the battery,so now registers as "off"

My OH is a bu88er for putting his on the nearest high shelf or top of the kitchen units, wardrobe, etc.
If I lose mine it's normally in a pocket, or in the depths of a handbag.
    Dressing gown pockets??
You haven't put anything you were wearing in the laundry basket or anything like that have you?
Have you checked fridge, cupboards, bread bin etc?
My husband says he will leave me if I don't stop shopping......... God I will miss that man.
