the man in the job centre is wrong0 -
He was pretty insistent that he was right, can you point me in the direction of something that proves otherwise ? If I had some written evidence then I might have a stronger case, or something from directgov that I can print off ? I've searched but can't find anything :-(0

Sorry I'm on my phone, so no link
Google 'decision makers guide' it'll be on DWP.gov then locate chapter 34 and your evidence is in paragraph 340510 -
Thanks, I'll have a go at finding it on my laptop !0
-
Okay I've got that and you're right it supports what you have said, need to look at 26038 and 34054-34058 now, do you know which chapter they are in ?0
-
The first twodigits of the paragraph number are the chapter - so 26 and 340
-
Thanks.
I'm a bit concerned about 34054, "when sanctions of discretionary length start"
Would this be applicable ?0 -
Thanks.
I'm a but concerned about " when sanctions of discretionary length start"
34054-34057
Confused by 34057 - is this applicable in this situation ????0 -
That paragraph covers the date on which a sanction should start but no sanction should applied in your case0
-
That's brilliant.
Now - what to do next. I was given a form from jcp today for the decision makers to reconsider their decision - is this the route I should take ?
You are proving to be very helpfull source of information !! You should be very proud of yourself !0
