Morning all,
Not much to report here, leg / hip still painful so another day of doing little. Have to pop out to get my DF a bday card (and post it) and may try the craft shop to see if they know of any classes running near here.
All morning jobs done and main chores unlikley to happen so a day of stitching and reading I think.
Lunch will be LO Salad and something and dinner will be Pasta and veg sauce from the freezer.0 -

Oh bless you Bargain Bird. I once went to the hairdressers with head lice:eek::eek::eek: (Obviously I didnt realise i had them!)
Hester - really hope you had a better day at work today. I dont know how you put up with it:A
Im plodding on. Washing machine whirring and assorted pets fed. TBH that is mostly the full extent of OS ATM. I keep hoping that my energy levels increase. Hope that the spring sun comes sooner rather than later.
Hugs, especially Miffy, MrsMix, Bramble and Lou xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.

Morning all!
RR - hope your dad is okay and recovers quickly from the cold x
SisCas - good luck to your dd
BB - urgh, thankfully we haven't seen any of the little blighters for ages, helps that mine are older now, but I still keep the nitty gritty comb and a supply of hedrin at the ready! No doubt we will suffer them again when dd4 gets bigger :-/ Hope the new hairdo helps!
HH - love the bikini idea!
Well I was due to meet a pal, but we have rearranged, so today I will finish sorting the mammoth clothes pile from the attic, almost there, but got a bit distracted with remembering the older ones wearing the outfits, and spent a fair while reminiscing with dd1 and dd2!
Dry outside at the mo, so will get my new rose planted out, a lovely purple rambler that I picked up in Poundland, fingers crossed that it takes root. Also want to have a poke about in the veg beds and trim (hack) the borders back. Small pink can be well wrapped and watch and comment from her buggy - no doubt she will have plenty of 'advice'!
Got carried away baking last night, so have plenty of bread, rolls and cakes, hv heard grumblings about lack of Twinks, so might do some baking with dd3 this evening - can never hv too many twinks! Dinner tonight will be leek and potato soup - as I need to use the last of the sack of tatties up, with cheesy rolls, and something from the baking session last night for pud. Nice easy meal
Other plans for today involve the usual rounds of housework and washing, and drinking plenty of tea and having lots of cuddles with the tiny one
Have a good day all xGC Oct £387.69/£400, GC Nov £312.58/£400, GC Dec £111.87/£4000 -
Morning all,
dreary day here today. Dark skies and rainIm in the process of researching slow cookers? I keep finding conficting advice on whether they are any good for vegetarians though? Anyway, just waiting for my baby to wake up and then going getting my three year old from nursery at 12. Ive pulled a muscle in my neck and can hardly bloomin move so am enjoying a "do nothing" day

Morning
Drier here this morning which is good as on way to work want to cycle to local eaterie to book dinner for DH and I on Valentines Day. It will be one of his few trips home so want to make the most of it.
WM on, DW loaded, dinner of sausage (whoopsied), mash and veg prepared. Have vacuumed downstairs, emptied bins and put dry washing away. NSD for me today which is good news as weekend going to be expensive.
HH we must do similar if not same job (Repro in a school), am liking the idea of going in a bikini although my room is rarely that hot despite all machines, it will keep the teachers from sending students in with a note "this is needed for lesson now, please will you do". Would not want to inflict that on them!!
Thoughts with all that need them.Thoughts to all. Mrs D.

Morning all.
Sitting here listening to soothing music (the new Renaissance CD) in my clean, quiet empty house. However, Vicarage comes back today so life will return to its chaotic normality. The only thing left to do is the shower room, though why I bother I don't know. When Madam has finished in there it looks as though she has been sheep-dipping
Don't know whether a meal will be needed tonight or not so I am having a salmon salad for lunch and tonight will be a mystery. I really feel like having a baking session but the church magazine is sitting on my conscience so no hope today.
HH: Tell you what - I will come up there and pose in a bikini for you.:eek::eek:I can guarantee that no-one will come near the place for days. You should try being very fierce and bossy, they might think twice before messing you about.
JG: Don't even THINK about going out in the dark with our baby. You will have all her Aunties worried to bits.
Has anyone any news of Lou? It is getting worrying.I believe that friends are quiet angels
