Mine came today but I won't start until Monday. Has anyone done it and not cut out all carbs? I think a fortnight with no pasta or potatoes or bread would half kill me. Is it a waste just to use it and "cheat" by having a proper tea?0

Yes she's tried lots of diets but never stuck with them but this one she swears by. Her and her husband both did it and lost lots.

i had carbs whilst on the shakes . Although i nearly gave up after 2 days coz i was starving but decided to carry on with it for the rest of the week. anyway i had a shake morning and afternoon and just a healthy dinner including pasta , patatoes , rice even a bag of baked crisps. i have lost 4lbs and today is my last day. i only brought one box to try out but wish i brought more at that price. maybe if i had stuck to it word by word i would have got even better results but my intention was not to be too strict on myself . if you have 2 weeks worth maybe you can try on your first week with carbs and then without on the following week.0 -
If you aren't going to stick to the diet then you wont be getting the results you are after. Celebrity Slim seems to be the tamer version of a detox as this allows you to eat food. The thing is carbs are usually the bug bear of any diet and very difficult to digest. It's like trying to digest strong flour dough which is much more difficult than vegetables, fruit and meat.
I would suggest that you stick with the programme for the first three days and see how it goes. Usually the body adapts by then so you don't feel as hungry and as your having shake, snack, shake, snack, dinner it is enough to get you through. If you really struggle you could add an extra portion of veg for the first few days to help you fill up. And you have to drink loads of water too which helps fill you up and to curb the headaches
I don't really do diets, just sensible eating but though I would give this a go to get rid of those pesky Christmas pounds. Seems simple enough.
