I've just ordered 2 weeks worth - I tried the slimfast milkshakes diet but just found that it is like having a milkshake for breakfast / lunch and therefore not filling in the slightest. Hope these actually fill you up.

My friend has been using these and I think they do other food since just after summer and thinks they're great. She's lost 5 stone already and is hoping for a bit more. I think the radio stations did a celebrity slim challenge and she was a part of that

No but have ordered some to see if they work I have trouble losing weight and am hoping that these will help.
