Removal of personal details from 192.com..?

Same thing happened to a friend of mine,they found their name and address listed in 192.com,even though they are ex directory.
They have a phone number which my friend rang and they removed his details. Their number is 08000 887 192,the best thing would be to phone them.This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0
