FTM how wonderful and they're a good size for twins aren't they? Huge congratulations to all of you, I absolutely love the names and please give Annie a hug from all of us and tell her she's a very clever girl! Such a happy time, well done all of them, Lyn xxx.

Hello grandma here lol..

Ok update..the girls are doing really well..Esme has had to have a little help with oxygen but Olivia doesn't need any..i have seen pictures..o they are so cute..darkish blonde hair with brown eyes..and Annie says they are Tudor babies..they look like Annie but have her husbands colouring.
Annie has been put to bed and on a drip..she is exhausted and dehydrated by it all..they have given her something to make her sleep..she is not allowed to breastfeed..she wanted to express but is now not allowed as she is exhausted..midwife has told her NO..your our responsibility and we need to concentrate on getting you well..so she got a lecture..bless her..i understand how she feels wanting to be with them but she will be no good to them if she is shattered..
Right i am going to have a cuppa and go to bed ..
Thank you all for you wishes ,hugs and love..i will be going to see her either tomorrow or Thursday.i will pass it all on to her then..

Hi all..thank you for the well wishes..i have spoken to Annie today..she is okish..very tired but on a high..she has been upstairs with the girls all day..they are both doing very well..they have had lots of skin to skin contact and they have changed nappies..Annie has fed both girls they are having 5ml every 2 hours through a tube at the moment..we have lots of pictures and films..we can't wait to see them and have a little cuddle..i am going to see her tomorrow so i will definitely pass on all congratulations to her and her husband..

Mean while back at FTmansions its all go..i have been busy baking and bread making..we took down our Easter decorations and saved them for next year..we made some lovely bunny bunting using old wallpaper and pompoms..the girls have 4 eggs left..we have been looking at ideas on how to use them up.
I have emptied the girls bedroom and found some lovely curtains on ebay..they are white with lovely flowers embroidered on to them..i have also found some beautiful white quilt covers..i will definitely be adding some colour to them..i also ventured into the shed at the bottom of the garden and found a whole tin of paint in Duck Egg blue..am debating wether to use that in girls room to kind of grow it up a bit but not too much they still little girls.
Sam has been working at the allotment this week..our potatoes are through..he has helped the new couple put up their greenhouse..Simon has been pottering in the greenhouse and planting little seeds..the girls have been helping him..Fern was writing out labels and Iris was filling pots with compost.

I have got all my laundry dry outside this week..the chickens are laying everyday now..nice not to have to ration the eggs again..
I have a £5 off voucher for Lidl..on a £30 shop so that will bring my shopping down a lot.
I saw a lady shopping the other day with an unusual bag..a canvas one with huge buttons all over it..it looked brilliant..i have 2 canvas bags that are plain and could be up-cycled with lots of buttons and some lovely sew on embellishments..i found my fabric paints and we are going to paint some white t-shirts with flowers and whatever the girls want on them..i also bought some lovely perrienial plants for my little flower border at the side of the house..hopefully it will be full of flowers later on this year.
