    Morning All

Thinking of Ian and LL today.

Well I'm up and I've made a start in the LR. Loads to do and I think we're going for a walk in the woods at some point today with the dog and the kids.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

Red washing on clothes horse and radiators
    Washing on radiators sorted out
    bottles washed and sterilised
Load of whites in the washer ready to switch on later

Can't Hoover as bens asleep in his bouncy chair so I'm going to go and put the ironing away and do my make up and sort out clothes returns. I ordered some new clothes from next in a smaller size and they are to big so need to return them and get a smaller size :D

I remember those times when you run around like mad doing all those jobs whilst the little one is asleep Seafarers Wife! It does get easier as they get older - my two are sat watching a DVD whilst I am going to make a start on the housework. How old is Ben?

Juliejim enjoy your walk in the woods :)

  • 2 washloads done - 1 is nearly dry on the rads. I'm still waiting for the men to produce all the stuff that's on the floor!

Bought some new trainers/running shoes yesterday I don't run but a neighbour said i would find them more comfy - he was right! And I do walk 4 miles a day.....

Anyway I was really pleased - cos I got them reduced to £38 from £60 ( I love the Designer Outlet.) They are supremely comfy - and I got a 30% off voucher - I may have to go back and get another pair!

Lots of ironing to do today - DD2 is going into town with a mate - first time she's been well enough to do anything at a weekend this year!

Anyway speaking of DD2 I better go and wake her...

Cast on the second sleeve of Moomins cardy so that should be finished in the next few days then I can start on Tiddles her matching one.

    Squeak bathed.

Dot went to sleep finally at 6:45 and Squeak was up at 7.. they are so not sleeping today.. gggrrrr My one weekend at home each month with just these 2 and they have to spoil it by being demonic and making sure noone sleeps :( I am so tired I really wish the others were not coming back today so I could have a few days off the school run and appointments (9am Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and 11am Thursday this week) *sigh* I may truly hate absent part-time can't-be-bothered parents!

Chased delivery of my new lappy which was supposed to be here last Tuesday and I have neither seen nor heard anything :( and mine is dead

DS1's replacement phone is to be delivered today hopefully so we have to wait in for that.. though we need to sort food for tonight.. might take advantage of it just being us 4 and get a takeaway actually.. *SSSSSSSSSSSLLLLLLLLUUUUUUUUUUUuuuuuuuuuUUUUUUUUUUUURRRPPPP!!!!*

    Laundry up to date
    DW up to date

Off to fling a few bits of gibble on ebeast, I put some on various FB pages but this lot has to be collected. I need to make a start on measuring and listing fabric to sell too!.. mammoth task there!

My thoughts and love to Divas friends and family today xxxxx I shall light my purple candle in her honour.

    Good morning!

Thinking of diva and all her friends this morning - purple socks at the ready!
DS1 has landed safely back in the UK :j and will be winging his way to Manchester soon, I hope. He should be home by teatime at the latest. :D I love him to bits, but give him about an hour before he's driving me up the wall again.

Meat is in the SC for meat and potato pie, WM and TD have been on and will need to be loaded again in a minute. DW has been emptied. I was a lazy moo last night, but a lot of time was spent on the laptop researching alternative jobs which would require training. I'm building up to having a plan. ;)

Next: more laundry, bathroom, kitchen and school stuff. I don't think I'll go anywhere today as I don't really have the time. Things should be better after Friday.

I really, really didn't need the car to break down today!:mad::eek:
Had my day all nicely organised and now I've got to sort recovery, plan journey to work tomorow (unless we have snow, which isn't likely), plan school run, start researching new (to us) car if repair is too expensive. Friends recommend leasing, but I'm not sure. Another two weeks and I've at least had half-term to sort it all.

Well, at least it's parked outside a friends house up our street. DH took it for him to have a look as it was making awful noises. He doesn't mind it staying there until tomorrow and will even talk to the garage for me. :A
